Welcome! The Tony DeMeo Orchestra is a 17 piece jazz Big Band dedicated to recreating the music of Frank Sinatra classics from The Great American Song Book. Our great sound is the result of the extraordinary musicians in the band and the great arrangements of the most famous recordings, many of which are originals that were arranged for Frank Sinatra when he performed with The Count Basie Orchestra. On the following pages, you can find information on our music, our talented musicians as well as our performances.

More About Us
Glen Daum -Trombone has recently passed away and was active as a composer, arranger and producer in New York for over twenty-five years, having written music for such varied television shows as ABC World News Tonight, CNN Headline News, General Hospital and Chip 'N' Dale Rescue Rangers. A five-time Emmy nominee, Daum has won the coveted award twice in three years for his work on Sesame Street, the acclaimed children's television show, for whom he was a composer for seven years. I was honored to have him as a member of the band and the work he did adapting some of my most coveted arrangents.
Pete Hyde-Trumpet
Pete is an accomplished Broadway pit musician who played Trumpet and Piccolo Trumpet in the original Broadway production of "Les Miserables" and earlier played in the cast recording of "Sondheim". I am fortunate to know and play with such an accomplished musician. Pete leads the trumpet section in the band and can hear the slightest note out of tune or a rhythm out of sync. Pete has been a tremendous asset having the most experience playing with some of the "Greatest Big Band leaders".
